Players may request the closure of their account at any time by contacting customer support. Bed Rupees processes withdrawal requests from verified accounts on a continuous basis throughout the day. The majority of withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash are completed within 3 to 15 minutes. IBFT and card withdrawals may take longer depending on your bank's processing schedule.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. There is no maximum single withdrawal limit for standard verified accounts, though very large withdrawals may be subject to enhanced verification as a security measure. Bed Rupees charges no fees on withdrawals from player balances.

- Registering more than one account or registering an account on behalf of another person.

- Colluding with other players in any game, particularly live casino or poker formats.
